Shipping & Returns

Returns

We hope you will not want to return any of our candles, but if you do, our refund policy lasts up to 30 days. We can’t offer you a refund if the purchase exceeds 30 days. Also, candles purchased must be unused and in a similar condition to their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item and issue you a refund.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same candle, please send us an email at hi@gentleglow.co and send your candle to: 300 Whampoa Dr, Singapore 327737

Shipping Policy

To return your candle, you should mail the candle to 300 Whampoa Dr, Singapore 327737

You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable for returns; however, we will refund your original delivery costs for damaged items.
