1. What are your candles made of?
Gentle Glow scented candles are made of 100% Soy Wax, blend of fine fragrance and essential oils and cotton wicks. Our candles contain no other additives or dyes.
2. Can my candles discolour or turn yellow?
All our candles are made using natural ingredients and there is a chance it could change colour if exposed to bright sunlight or fluorescent light. They could also turn yellow if the product contains darker fragrance oils, for instance, Chernobyl Rain.
3. How fragrant are your candles?
We find that our candles fill a medium-sized room nicely. Our candles are better burned at a desk or in a small space such as a bathroom. Since we use natural soy wax, our candles will not have the same scent throw as paraffin candles. We like that our candles are not overwhelming, but instead could be used every day.
4. Are your candles vegan?
Our wax and fragrances are vegan friendly.
5. Can I recycle my soy candle container?

6. How quickly will my order ship?
We ship local orders within 5 working days and international orders within 14 days.
7. What type of shipping do you offer?
We offer direct courier delivery and local pickup.
8. How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat fee of S$6.00 for direct courier delivery via Singpost. There is no cost for local pickup.

We value your privacy and are committed to storing your personal information and data confidential. No data will be distributed to third parties under any circumstance.
11. Do you offer exchanges or returns?
Our products are handcrafted using natural ingredients and thus refunds are not allowed. In the case there has been a mistake with your order or damage in transit, contact us for exchange or refund within 14 days.
